I craft human moments into films that move

Airida portrait

Hello, I'm Airida.

Filmmaker and screenwriter trained at the University of the Arts London. My films explore people, places and emotions, often circling the quiet difficulty of being. I believe cinema holds a mirror to reality, but I prefer when that reflection cracks a smile. Even if the joke's on us.

Alongside narrative work, I've spent the past decade creating commercial, corporate, and short-form social media content. Same eye pointed at products, campaigns, and ideas that need to live online.

Got a wild idea? Let's make it move.

Down the Hill of Crosses

A documentary film about Lithuania's most mysterious site, the Hill of Crosses. Some say it is magical, others say it is haunted. The Hill of Crosses stands as evidence of resistance against the Soviet regime. Despite being bulldozed and set on fire many times, it is still alive and bears witness to the most bizarre stories of intrigue and crime.

Linga Silverdot testimonial portrait
Warm communication, deep attentiveness, and an intuitive sense of mood - this, and so much more, is what I experienced working with Airida. Even though I feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, I didn't have to say much. She never pushed my limits, yet sensitively captured not only the behind-the-scenes of my work, but also my personality. I know I'll be coming back to her in the future.
